Certification

Supplying the requested information to Computer Consultants of America, Inc. establishes me as a potential applicant for employment with CCI. It does not constitute an offer or promise of employment. If employed by CCI, it would be on an "at will" basis. This means that no contract would exist between CCI and me.

If employed by Computer Consultants of America, Inc., I would be responsible for complying with established policies, rules and procedures. I also acknowledge that the company has complete discretion to modify those policies, apply them at its discretion or refrain from applying those policies as permitted by all applicable laws.

When I express my interest in a specific, available job, I understand that I become a potential applicant for that job. Depending on how closely my background matches the requirements, I may or may not be selected for further consideration for that particular job.

The information that I'm providing is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge. Any misrepresentation or omission of information provided may result in my not being considered for employment at CCI; or if employed by CCI, may result in my immediate dismissal.

I understand that I may be required to submit to a drug test. I give Computer Consultants of America, Inc. the right to investigate all references and to secure additional information about me, if job related. I understand that CCI may request a report and a review of police and/or FBI records concerning me. I hereby release from liability the employer and its representative for seeking such information and all other persons, corporations, or organizations for furnishing such information.
